Wellness Refined is a DBA of The Injection Specialist. In these Terms, “Wellness Refined,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the practice operating under the Wellness Refined name.

Wellness Refined does not provide emergency medical services through this website, website forms, email, social media, text message, or general voicemail.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency.

Do not use the website contact form for urgent symptoms, treatment complications, prescription concerns requiring immediate attention, or time-sensitive medical questions.

Existing patients should use the communication instructions provided by the practice or the secure Jane patient portal for appropriate non-emergency clinical matters.

4. APPOINTMENTS AND ONLINE BOOKING

Appointments are scheduled through the Wellness Refined booking platform hosted by Jane or through another scheduling method approved by the practice.

When requesting or scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee:

Appointment availability
Acceptance as a patient
Eligibility for a particular service
Same-day treatment
A prescription
A specific procedure or treatment plan
A particular result

Appointments may be changed, postponed, or declined when clinically appropriate, when required information has not been provided, or when the requested service is not suitable or available.

Appointment cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, deposit, and no-show requirements are governed by the policies presented during booking, registration, or treatment consent.

5. CONSULTATIONS AND TREATMENT ELIGIBILITY

Many Wellness Refined services require an individualized consultation before treatment.

During the consultation process, the provider may consider factors including your:

Health history
Current symptoms and concerns
Medications and supplements
Allergies
Previous treatments
Laboratory findings when appropriate
Treatment goals
Potential risks or contraindications

Wellness Refined may decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue a service when the provider determines that doing so is appropriate for safety, clinical, ethical, or operational reasons.

You may be referred to another qualified healthcare professional when your needs fall outside the services or scope of the practice.

6. PRESCRIPTIONS AND MEDICATIONS

Completing a consultation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.

Prescription decisions are made only after an individualized clinical evaluation and are based on factors such as medical appropriateness, potential risks, treatment goals, monitoring requirements, and applicable professional standards.

A patient may be asked to complete laboratory testing, provide medical records, obtain clearance from another healthcare professional, or complete additional evaluation before medication is considered.

Wellness Refined does not guarantee:

Approval for a particular medication
Insurance coverage or reimbursement
Prior-authorization approval
Medication availability
A particular pharmacy price
Eligibility for a manufacturer savings program
Continued access to a specific medication
A particular treatment outcome

Medication, laboratory, pharmacy, supplement, medical-supply, and third-party costs may be billed separately unless specifically included in a written program or membership agreement.

7. AESTHETIC, LASER, REGENERATIVE, AND WELLNESS SERVICES

Aesthetic procedures, laser treatments, regenerative therapies, wellness injections, hormone services, metabolic care, and related treatments involve individual risks, limitations, eligibility requirements, and recovery considerations.

Before receiving treatment, patients may be required to complete:

Medical-history forms
Treatment-specific consent forms
Photography authorizations or preferences
Pre-treatment instructions
Payment or deposit requirements
Post-treatment acknowledgments

Results vary from person to person. Wellness Refined does not guarantee a specific cosmetic, medical, metabolic, regenerative, hair, skin, weight, pain-related, or wellness outcome.

Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, illustrations, and examples are provided for educational purposes and do not promise that another patient will experience the same result.

8. PRE- AND POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Patients are responsible for reviewing and following the preparation, aftercare, medication, activity, skincare, sun-exposure, and follow-up instructions provided for their treatment.

General instructions published on the website do not replace individualized instructions provided directly by the practice.

When individualized instructions differ from general website information, the individualized instructions provided by Wellness Refined should be followed.

Contact the practice through the appropriate patient communication channel when you have a non-emergency question concerning your care.

9. MEMBERSHIPS

Wellness Refined may offer membership-based services, benefits, pricing, access, credits, or preferred arrangements.

Website descriptions of memberships are provided for general informational purposes. Enrollment is governed by a separate membership agreement that may address:

Current pricing and applicable payment requirements will be communicated before the relevant purchase or service whenever reasonably possible.

Prices, services, and availability may change. A price change will not alter a completed transaction or signed agreement except as permitted by the applicable written terms.

Refunds, deposits, credits, cancellations, returned products, unused services, and prepaid packages are governed by the applicable written policy, purchase terms, consent form, or membership agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

11. THIRD-PARTY FINANCING

Wellness Refined may provide access to third-party financing services, including Cherry and CareCredit.

Financing applications, approvals, interest rates, promotional offers, payment schedules, account management, and lending decisions are controlled by the applicable financing provider—not Wellness Refined.

Wellness Refined does not:

Make credit-approval decisions
Guarantee financing eligibility
Determine interest rates
Guarantee promotional terms
Manage financing accounts
Guarantee approval for a particular amount

You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the financing provider’s terms before entering into an agreement.

12. WEBSITE FORMS AND COMMUNICATIONS

Website forms are intended for general inquiries and administrative communication.

Do not submit highly sensitive medical information, emergency information, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, complete medication lists, medical records, or urgent treatment concerns through a general website form.

Submitting a form authorizes Wellness Refined to respond using the contact information you provide. However, submitting a form does not create a provider-patient relationship or guarantee a response within a particular period.

Marketing emails or text messages will be sent only where appropriate permission has been obtained. You may opt out of marketing communications using the instructions included in the communication.

Administrative and care-related communications may still be sent when necessary and permitted.

13. PRIVACY AND HEALTH INFORMATION

Use of this website is also subject to the Wellness Refined Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information collected through the website may be collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected.

Medical information maintained as part of patient care is handled according to the Wellness Refined HIPAA Notice and other applicable patient documentation.
