Paula Russo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in aesthetic nursing and a clinical background spanning internal medicine, hormone health, metabolic care, regenerative therapies, laser treatments, and aesthetic medicine.
EXPERIENCE & ARTISTRY
Her passion for aesthetic nursing began in 2001 and has grown into a deeply refined, patient-centered approach to care. Over the course of her career, Paula has developed advanced expertise in injectables, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser therapies, regenerative treatments, and whole-person wellness. She combines clinical precision with an artistic eye, helping patients achieve results that feel natural, balanced, and aligned with their individual goals.

Paula earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University in Denver and is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. This certification reflects specialized expertise in aesthetic procedures, including injectables and laser-based treatments. She has also served as a trainer in advanced aesthetic techniques and continues to pursue ongoing education to remain current with evolving clinical standards, technology, and treatment approaches.
